Irregular tú affirmative commands
A handful of high-frequency verbs have a short, irregular tú affirmative form.

Negative forms of these still follow the regular subjunctive-based pattern: no digas, no hagas, no vayas, no pongas, no salgas, no seas, no tengas, no vengas.
Irregular usted/ustedes commands (stem-changing verbs)

Reflexive verbs — command placement
Rule Example English Affirmative → pronoun attaches Siéntate . (tú)Sit down. Affirmative, plural Sentaos . (vosotros)Sit down (you all). Affirmative, formal Siéntese . (usted)Sit down. (formal) Negative → pronoun goes before No te sientes ahí. Don’t sit there. Negative, formal No se siente ahí. Don’t sit there. (formal)
Note: vosotros affirmative reflexive drops the final -d before attaching -os : sentad + os → sentaos (not sentados ).
Object pronoun placement with commands
